Heather earned her law degree from Widener University School of law. During law school, she interned for the Chester County District Attorney's Office as well as with Delaware County Common Pleas Judge, Kathrynann W. Durham. Heather spent 9 years as an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County where she focused her litigation skills on cases involving violent crime, drugs, sex assaults and other offenses, including homicide. She received multiple awards for her prosecution of violent crimes. She opened the Bucks County office of the non-profit, Senior Law Center, to assist senior victims of crime and exploitation. She was Chief of the Bucks County District Attorney's Forfeiture Unit and also clerked for Bucks County Common Pleas Judge, Stephen A. Corr. Now in private practice, Heather focuses on Family Law matters including divorce, custody, support and also Criminal Defense. She regularly volunteers to represent Bucks County litigants in Protection From Abuse matters.
Through her service at the nonprofit Senior Law Center, Heather provided personal legal counsel and helped Bucks County seniors navigate challenges from financial exploitation and Protection From Abuse to contract disputes and evictions.
With over 17 years of experience and dual-state licensure, Heather is a skilled litigator dedicated to securing favorable outcomes for her clients in both civil and criminal matters.
With a laser focus on tackling violent crime, Heather and her colleagues did not just prosecute offenders—they partnered with residents to prevent future crime and foster a stronger, safer community.
